How Do I Use Google Base To Submit Products?

I am trying to submit my products with Google Base. When I search the same products I sell in the search, I find lots of different items and it will also display their website under search result. When I try and post a new “product” in google base, there is no field where you can enter your website address so im not sure how theirs is showing up. Can someone please help.
